Kat at Sassy Not Sweet is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Nutritionist, Yoga teacher and Holistic Health Counselor. Working with food as medicine allows each meal to be an important influence is physical and even mental health. Good food promotes healing, reduces inflammation, provides sustainable energy and stimulates brain function. Good food also connects community.
Back in 2019 Kat started creating snacks for her own hiking, backpacking, cycling and a very adventurous life!
